K KIM, Principal, RA, AIA
    K Kim is a licensed architect in California and New York. Mr. Kim has worked with influential architects and designers, including Roto Architects, Inc. in Los Angeles and Naomi Leff & Associates in New York City. In addition to working on exclusive residential projects, he was responsible for a modern dance school, movie production facilities and studios, and a collaborator on the Sinte Gleska University campus plan.
    Mr. Kim has taught architecture as adjunct professor at California Polytechnic University Pomona and Woodbury University. Most recently he was a Visiting Professor of Architecture at Mississippi State University. He has also served as invited juror at SCI-Arc, Pratt, NJIT, NYIT, Carnegie Mellon University, École d´Arts Américaines de Fontainebleau, the Rural Studio at Auburn University, and the Mississippi AIA Design Awards.
    Mr. Kim completed his post-professional degree (Master of Science Degree in Advanced Architectural Design) at Columbia University receiving the Lucille Smyser Lowenfish Memorial Prize, and his Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University with honors. In 1992 he was the recipient of the Médaille de Bronze from the Académie d´Architecture and the Prix François Meyer-Levy from the École d´Arts Américaines de Fontainebleau in France. Mr. Kim is a member of the AIA.

    Paula Rosales Torroba is a licensed architect in Madrid. As cofounder and principal of MOREMAS, she is responsible for all activities in Europe, marketing, design, and development strategies. Ms. Rosales brings a diverse range of experience in residential, retail, theater, and large government projects having collaborated with Janson Goldstein in New York City, Estudio Cano Lasso, and architect Luis O'Connor in Madrid. She is currently the acting municipal architect of Colmenar de Arroyo, and CEO of the recently launched More & Co.
    Ms. Rosales graduated with honors from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (Universidad Politécnica). She also attended classes at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow (Scotland), Universidad Compultense in Madrid, Hotchkiss University in Connecticut, and Harvard University in Massachusetts. Paula Rosales is a member of COAM.
